Renting out my student apartment from 1st of August 2023 until 31st of January 2024 I am renting out my student apartment from 1st of August 2023 until 31st of January 2024 located at Frederiksberg (close to Nørrebro). You will need to be a student to live here. The monthly rent is approximately 4,500 DKK incl. housing allowance. If you do not qualify for housing allowance the rent will be around 5,200 DKK. The rent is incl. utilities and wifi. It is a one room apartment and about 20-25 m2 and there are shared rooms in the building and 3 roof terraces. The apartment will not be furnished.
