We all are well behaved, quiet and friendly - especially Kevin . The apartment is on a ground floor of a 1year old building in Valby, Grønttorvet neighbourhood (road: Ingrid Marievej). There is a terrace, floor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Roomba, access to rooftop with common greenhouse and basement with storage and possible parking (paid monthly to Apcoa). 5 mins walk to Lidl/ Føtex/ bus, 10 mins to gym and s-tog/ IC train stations Ny Ellbjerg and Vigerslev Allé, 20 mins by bike to Rådhuspladsen. We are looking for someone who loves pets but does not have any (unfortunately just one allowed), strictly non-smoker, 20-30 years old.
