We are living in a large, bright apartment (126 sqm) in Trøjborg. It is very close to the forest and the sea! It has two big living rooms, a large full kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The property is quiet, with only three units and a large communal garden. You'll be living with Camilla (27) and Katharina (30). We are looking for one new roomie and you can choose one of the two listed below: 1st room is 8.5 sqm and the rent is DKK 4099,2 + 500 DKK for water and heat. The pictures of the small furnished room is this. It has wall to wall carpets and a window facing north. It is possible to keep the bed and the closet. 2nd room is 13.5 sqm and the rent is 4438,17 DKK + 500 DKK for water and heat. This room is shown on the pictures of the un-furnished room. It has wooden floor and the window is facing west. It is also possible to keep the closet. Prepaid rent is 13000 DKK regardless which room you choose. **Of course, CPR registration is available.** We are looking for someone who: * Likes to live with others and likes cats * Is over 25 years old * Identifies as a women or queer person * Is lgbtq + friendly * Wants a quiet and peaceful base at Trøjborg * Is a good communicator A little about us: Camilla is studying theology and writing her master’s thesis. She likes to spend the day in a good chair with a book and maybe go for a run and a dip in the ocean. She is also the owner of the cat, Mishmish. Katharina is a passionate researcher, working as a post-doc at the university. If the weather is good, she likes spending time outside.
