The apartment will be available from the beginning of July 2023 until the middle/end of January 2024. We could negotiate the dates if needed:). Moreover, there is a big, well-equipped common kitchen, laundry room with washing machines and dryers, parking, and biking spots, both inside and outside. It is located in a lovely area, just 2 min walk from the gas station, and the nearest supermarket (Netto), and within a walking distance to: - AAU Univeristy - 0.5 km - Business Academy - 0.2 km - SDU - 3.5 km - Hospital - 1.6 km - Train Station - 2.5 km - Shopping center - 2.7 km - Gym - 1.5 km The rent is 2400DKK/month, and the utility cost is around 600DKK/month including weekly cleaning of the common areas.
