The housing department is located in the historic Sankt Hans area on Roskilde Fjord. We have converted two of the area's historic buildings. One building consists of 53 ordinary family apartments, while the other is a cohousing community with 24 units for residents of all ages. The cohousing community is characterized by its many indoor common areas, offering opportunities for shared activities such as cooking, creative projects and a workshop.
