10 m² room in Copenhagen

Since my current roommate is traveling to Asia, I'm looking for a new one. I am therefore renting out 2 unfurnished rooms in my 82 sqm apartment in outer Østerbro. The rooms are 20 sqm in total. The official move-in date is 1/1/2026, but unofficially you can move in shortly after Christmas Eve. I would like to point out that I'm looking for a single person to rent both rooms.
