I am renting out one room for a couple, in a big villa apartment in Amager Strand. The contrakt starts 1 March. The apartment is literly right next to the beach. We gonna live together 5 people, therefor I am looking for a couple. The room is 9.500kr (excl. Heat, Water, Gass, Electricity and Wi-Fi) Deposit is one month of rent.
