12 m² room in Copenhagen

Roommate wanted on Ydre Østerbro from February! I am renting out a room in my apartment on Ydre Østerbro, close to Ryparken station, from Feb 8 or already Feb 2. The room is approx. 12 m² and is rented unfurnished. It may, however, be possible to take over the bed and chest of drawers from the current tenant. The apartment has a new bathroom (with underfloor heating!), a large living room, kitchen and a small south-facing balcony. I am 29 years old and generally very quiet and calm.
