14 m² room in Copenhagen

I am renting out a room of approximately 14 m². The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from Hellerup station and close to both town and the beach. We will share the bathroom and kitchen, and there is a laundry cellar and the possibility of storage in a basement room. The rent is DKK 5,500 per month for everything (water, heating, electricity and internet). Deposit DKK 5,500. Move-in is possible from 1 December. A little about me: My name is Jonathan, I'm almost 21. I work a lot and am quiet and calm.
