I am looking for a tenant for a 16 sqm room in Valby. The price is 5650 DKK/month including everything. The room is available from April 15 (possibly earlier). I am looking for a tenant who has good experience living with others and all that entails, and someone who prioritizes good communication to create a pleasant shared home.
