The complex consists of 14 terraced houses located in Fasterholt and Kølkær, approximately 15–20 km from Herning. Each row house has a garden. Electricity, water and heating must be paid for in addition to the rent. It is permitted, subject to written application, to keep one pet per tenancy. Pets must comply with the applicable house rules. Garden maintenance is the tenant’s responsibility.
