The 2015 development was built as four long blocks of three storeys with open gallery walkways and facades of dark natural slate. The student units have two rooms as well as a kitchen and bathrooms. Nineteen of the units are arranged over two levels. The section has shared laundry facilities and common lounges. The student housing is rented through Studiebolig Aalborg and can only be rented by students.
