This section was built in 1971 and comprises 150 apartments. In the following entrances elevators have been installed (36, 56 and 58), so people who have difficulty walking, use a walker, or use a wheelchair have the opportunity to live in a fully renovated apartment (2017–2020) with views over the housing area.
