2 room apartment in Copenhagen

Hello, My partner and I are moving out of our apartment at Jorisvej 9A and would like the takeover to be from April 1. We are therefore looking for someone we can refer to the housing association who can take over from that date. The apartment is 45 sqm, has 2 rooms and a basement storage room, and is located on the 1st floor. The rent including utilities (aconto) is 11,140. NOTE: Two people are required to live in the apartment; at least one must be a student/PhD student.
