20 m² room in Copenhagen

Hypothetical question: If I rent out a room in my large apartment, which I myself rent, but the room is located in a large kitchen — would anyone want to live there, and what price would they pay? I'm really just wondering whether there are even people who would sleep in the kitchen/living area on a sofa bed and then keep their things in a cupboard somewhere. The apartment is located in Østerbro and is about 90 km2, and the rent is 20,000 split among 3 people.
