3 room apartment in Copenhagen

Since the landlord backed out - I’m trying again I’m moving in with my partner and in connection with that I’m renting out my condominium. The apartment is located in Hvidovre on the other side of Vigerslevparken (Valby). The apartment is a 3-room flat of 60 sqm with a large terrace of about 7 sqm. It is newly renovated and in good condition. There is no washing machine in the apartment, so laundry has to be done in the basement. The apartment costs 11,200 per month.
