3 room apartment in Ringkøbing

The department consists of 47 smoke-free low-energy dwellings. The homes are located close to nature in the Nature District in Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten is the first phase out of 80 dwellings. Unfortunately, our new construction at Fjordudsigten does not meet the promised standards in terms of sound insulation between dwellings. Impact noise from the apartment above is not sufficiently dampened. Together with consultants and the contractor, we are working on determining how to ensure adequate soundproofing.
