The department has 163 dwellings in 1-4 room apartments ranging in size from 33-102m2, constructed as multi-storey buildings, except for 13 units which are terraced houses. The buildings are located in the northeastern part of the town, close to the city park and a 5-minute walk to the center. The buildings were constructed between 1950 - 1960. All units have stoves. All apartments have basement storage rooms. From 2005, the apartments have been renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms. There is a communal laundry in the basements.
