The buildings are located in the northeastern part of the city, close to the city’s park area and a 5-minute walk to the center. The buildings were constructed between 1950 and 1960. All units have a stove. The apartments all have basement storage rooms. From 2005, the apartments have been renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms. There is a shared laundry room in the basements.
