The department has housing in Aarup, Kerte and Grønnemose. All the dwellings are located in quiet and peaceful surroundings, away from traffic and close to nature. There is a network of paths to the town and the forest, and the leisure centre is nearby. The department consists of 32 semi-detached houses, all with gas boilers (except for the dwellings on Rugvangen, which have oil-fired boilers). The dwellings are equipped with fridge/freezers. Antenna service is provided by Stofa.
