Enggården was completed in 2020 and, together with the forthcoming neighboring block Engparken, forms part of PFA’s rental development at Køge Kyst. The apartments in the two developments range from 60–135 m2 and are laid out as 1- to 5-room units. Several of the homes have a garden plot or a balcony, and there is a large communal courtyard. Enggården includes a rooftop terrace shared by the residents, where they can relax with a book, hold communal meals, or celebrate birthdays.
