Renting out a spacious room, preferably for short-term rent, as the address cannot be used for CPR registration. You should be a non-smoker and tidy. The room is next to the living room, so there is good privacy between the rooms. There is a new kitchen and space for a car in the residents' parking area. A pedigree cat lives in the apartment, along with me and my little one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. We are quiet.
