Large bright room for rent. Unfurnished. 3800 DKK per month. Rent includes water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, and laundry (basic). 1 month prepaid rent + 2 months rent deposit. I am a smoker (just a little still) and only smoke in my own room. The room for rent is, and has always been, smoke-free. You are a calm and quiet person. We share the kitchen, refrigerator, and stove. And of course, bathroom and toilet. Move-in from 1/8-2026. (Max 2 years) I look forward to hearing from you.
