I am renting out one furnished bedroom for one person from 4 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 in a 3-room apartment (92 m²) at Vermundsgade 27, Copenhagen 2100. I will be the only other person living in the apartment. The living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are shared. All furniture is new as of 1 October 2025.
