We are two 27-year-olds looking for a roommate for our cozy apartment on Bellmansgade in Østerbro. The apartment is 82 sqm and has a great shared kitchen and dining room. The room for rent (see pictures) is 13.6 sqm, available for rent with no fixed end date and unfurnished (the furniture in the pictures is not included) and has direct access to a sun-facing balcony. The rent is DKK 6,000 per month and includes everything (water, heating, electricity and Wi‑Fi). Housing benefit is unfortunately not available. Move-in is from February 1.
