I'm looking for a tenant to take over my lease on a one-room student flat on Amager with move-in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, as I have been offered a dorm room myself. The flat is rented furnished and is available until 4/9-26 (i.e. about 6 months, depending on the move-in date). It has its own kitchen and bathroom, plus a living room and a small bedroom.
