We have a nice and attractive one-room apartment of 40 m² available. The apartment is on the first floor in a building with a total of 4 units. There is free access to a large communal garden, and the apartment is close to educational institutions, including SDU and UC Syd, as well as shopping. Small pets are allowed if they are not a nuisance to other residents. The rent is 4,000 DKK per month plus utilities. The deposit corresponds to three months' rent. Write to me if interested :)
