The department consists of 56 youth housing units located centrally in Herning close to the train station. In 2017, the apartments received new kitchens with an extractor hood, combination oven, and refrigerator. There is a large common room and TV lounge, and there is a laundry facility in the department. There are parking spaces in the area. Electricity and heating must be paid for in addition to the rent. It is allowed to keep 1 indoor cat upon written application. Applicants must be students or apprentices.
