I am renting out a small nice terraced house/apartment at Lindvedparken 34-36, Odense, 37 m² - 1 room. There is access to a shared laundry cellar included in the rent. The rent will be 4,400 DKK plus an advance payment for heating of 350 DKK/month. Electricity is included in the rent. I expect 3 months' prepaid rent and 3 months' rent as a deposit.
