Since I will be going on an exchange related to my studies, I am subletting my apartment in Frederiksberg (Nordens Plads) from November 15, 2025. It is a 45 sqm one-room apartment with a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher, yay) and a lovely long balcony. The apartment is rented out furnished. The rent is 5,950 DKK per month, including water and heating. Electricity is paid separately (around 200 DKK). A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. There is a laundry facility in the building for a fee.

You can terminate your membership at your convenience. By your payment, you accept that Kvikbolig may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or via mobilepay As your subscription starts immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase. For technical reasons, you can not cancel your subscription for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription at any time.Prices
