Room in an adult shared flat (female only), about a 10-minute walk from Amager Strand beach and Øresund metro station. All utilities included. The housing association requires a deposit of 16,900 DKK plus one month's prepaid rent, to be paid for the last month of the tenancy. The room is 10 m2 and is part of a large shared living area totaling 100 m2 with a cozy interior and plenty of space to relax and spend time with us.
