12 m² room in Copenhagen

I'm renting out a cosy room in a two-level apartment (110 m²) on Strandlodsvej (very close to Lergravsparken metro station), available from 1st December. The room is approximately 12 m² and fully furnished. Included: a double bed, a built-in closet, a set of drawers and a desk. Price: 5,500 DKK all inclusive (water, heating, electricity, internet). Rental period: maximum 3–4 months. After that the owner takes over the apartment and the rental is terminated. Please comment and PM me to schedule a viewing if interested.
