12 m² room in Copenhagen

I will be travelling often, and am looking to rent out the extra bedroom in my 83 sqm flat in Nørrebro (near Skjolds Plads St.). All the furniture in the living spaces is from the 1950s-80s, mostly from Italy and Scandinavia by renown designers and producers. The artwork is also valuable, some originals dating back to the 1600s. As such, I'm looking for someone who would like to live well, but also respect the inventory.
