12 m² room in Copenhagen

Hi — I’m taking over an apartment on April 1st on Amager next to Lergravsparken Metro (zone 1). I’m going to put up a wall, as you can see in the pictures, so I expect to rent out the rightmost room in the photos from May 1st. The room is about 12 m² with a private balcony. I expect the initial contract to be one year, but we can probably renew indefinitely if we’re compatible. If you want to leave sooner, that’s doable too. CPR registration is of course allowed — I’m not a scammer. I expect to charge 5,500 per month with everything included...
