12 m² room in Roskilde

I am renting out a cozy small room of approximately 11.5 m2 centrally in Roskilde (Kongebakken). The room is part of my apartment but is practically a self-contained unit with a separate entrance from the stairwell, so think of it more as a kind of 'dorm room'.
