Looking for a roommate from May 1st. Initially unlimited. The apartment is a 2-bedroom where we each have our own room, but share the kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, fridge, and new gas stove. The kitchen is a bit of a mess, but it works as it should. The room for rent is currently my bedroom, is 12m², and well-furnished with space. Additionally, there is a small terrace with evening sun outside; the room can get quite warm, but you can enjoy the lovely summer weather out there. With a bit of goodwill, it can easily accommodate 2 people....
