14 m² room in Copenhagen

I'm considering renting out my room. It will be initially for 6 months, but with the possibility of extension if all goes well. It's located in Valby, close to Ålholm station. The room is just over 14 m2. The rent is 5,500 DKK/month. All included. The move-in date is flexible, as I prioritize finding the right roomie. What I hope for in a roomie is someone who is good at taking responsibility, helps keep the apartment clean and tidy, and pays on time :)) I'm very sociable and therefore think it would be a good match if my future roomie...
