14 m² room in Copenhagen

I’m thinking about renting out my room. It will start as a 6-month lease, with the possibility of extension if everything goes well. It’s in Valby, close to Ålholm station. The room is just over 14 m². Rent is 5,500 DKK/month. All inclusive. Move-in date is flexible, as I prioritize finding the right roommate.
