14 m² room in Copenhagen

I am renting out a 14 sqm room in my 89 sqm apartment in Frederiksberg, right by Forum Metro. The apartment has a new bathroom and kitchen and a washing machine. The room I am renting out can either be taken over furnished, including a double bed, a wardrobe with sliding doors, and a desk, or possibly without the bed and desk. The room can be rented from April 1st to July 31st, 2026. I am a nursing student and 21 years old. Rent per month is 6,500. A one-month deposit is required.
