14 m² room in Copenhagen

I'm renting out a beautiful 14m2 room for an unlimited period starting the first of July at Saxogade 1 in Vesterbro. The price is 7500 DKK per month, all included. Deposit is 15000 DKK, the equivalent of two months' rent. Deposit will be refunded in full swiftly after moving out, if the room is in the same condition as it was when moving in. Furthermore I request the equivalent of two months' prepaid rent, that is 15000 DKK corresponding to the notice before moving out.
