We are looking for a tenant for 2 rooms totaling 30 sqm (approximately 14 and 16 sqm respectively). One of the rooms has a view of the green areas of Søndermarken. The rooms are unfurnished but have built-in wardrobes in each room. The rent is 7,650 DKK per month + 750 DKK for utilities per month (water/heating, electricity, and internet).
