Hello home seekers! I am renting a large, bright room in Nordvest, just 5 minutes from Nørrebro station, starting from November 1st. The room is approximately 14m2 and the rent is 5,000 DKK, all inclusive (heating, electricity, wifi, you name it). Upon moving in, a total of 10,000 DKK is required as an advance payment. The rental period is 6 months, but it can easily be extended. I am 31 years old and work in IT on a daily basis.
