15 m² room in Aarhus

Hi folks! My girlfriend Mathilde and I recently moved into a two-bedroom (three-room) flat and are looking for a roommate(s). It's a fairly big place (around 90 sqm) with a living room and two bedrooms, and is located near the canal by Mølleparken. The room is shown in the pictures below. It has a balcony overlooking the garden and there's plenty of space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe, etc. (N.B. it comes unfurnished). I'm not sure of the exact measurements, but I can find out for you if you'd like. The room is available for either one...
