17 m² room in Copenhagen

Hello, I have a 2-room rental apartment in Nørrebro. I want to rent out the other room which is not being used. The room is 17 or 18 square meters. I am an older gentleman. Keeps to himself. Alone and have 2 adult children and 2 wonderful princesses. The rent is 4000 DKK per month and 3 months' deposit. Close to Nørrebro roundabout. Arresøgade.. 3rd floor.
