The building also houses Alabu Bolig's administration. The apartments have 1–3 rooms plus a kitchen and bathroom. The department has a shared laundry and a common room that the residents have furnished themselves. It is possible to rent a parking space in the building's underground parking garage. Applications for the department's youth housing must be made via AKU-Aalborg.
