2 room apartment in Copenhagen

I am subletting a furnished two-room apartment in Nørrebro, close to Skjolds Plads metro, to a female tenant. No smoking or pets in the apartment. Sublet from 13/3-26 and for 3 months. Rent 7369,- A conto 520,- Total 7.889,- I pay electricity on average 300,- per month. At move-in the first month's rent + 1 month's rent as deposit (7369,-) must be paid.
