2 room apartment in Copenhagen

I am going on holiday for a month starting in April, so I want to rent out my 2-room apartment on Amager, 70 sqm. Included in the rent: washing machine and dryer in the apartment, internet, electricity, water and heating. The apartment is fully furnished — you just need to move in. Pets are not allowed. A quiet and tidy tenant is preferred as this is normally a home with children. 9,500 DKK A deposit of three months must be paid, which you will get back when you hand in the keys after one month.
