2 room apartment in Copenhagen

I am going on a month's holiday starting in April, so I would like to rent out my two-room apartment on Amager, 70 sq.m. Included in the rent: washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment, internet, electricity, water and heating. The apartment is fully furnished — you just move in. Pets are not allowed. A calm and tidy tenant is desired, as it is normally a home with children. 9,500 DKK. A deposit of three months' rent must be paid, which you will get back when you hand in the keys after one month.
