Completely modernized apartment with a newer kitchen including newer white goods (stove, extractor hood, fridge–freezer and dishwasher), tiled bathroom with a wall-mounted toilet, and newer floors. Shared laundry and a beautiful communal courtyard. Rent includes water (normally DKK 400–500 per month). We offer 2 hours of handyman assistance at no extra charge, from move-in and for 14 days thereafter. Pets are not allowed.
