Modernized apartment with a newer kitchen including newer appliances (stove, extractor hood, fridge/freezer), a newer tiled bathroom with a shower cabin, newer floors in the apartment, new interior doors and a new exterior door. Built-in wardrobes in the bedroom. Shared laundry and a nice communal courtyard. Rent includes water (normally 400–500 DKK per month). We offer 2 hours of handyman assistance at no extra charge, from move-in and for the following 14 days. No pets allowed.
